Shipping Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International 14-31 Business Days
Deliveey delays can occasionally occur(natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control)
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All Sales Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at chiamakaahaneku@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48hours of receiving your order.
